Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Labirinto website, application, API, or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Labirinto provides AI-powered tools, platforms, and APIs designed to augment productivity, knowledge, and decision-making. The Services are provided for lawful purposes only and may evolve, be modified, or be discontinued at any time at our discretion.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to the Services where practicable.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@labirinto.ai

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal activity or to violate applicable laws or regulations
• Generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Services
• Exploit security vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data
• Use the Services to train competing AI models without explicit written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

You retain ownership of any content, data, or inputs you submit to the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Labirinto a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and use your User Content solely to provide and operate the Services
• Improve our AI systems, subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Labirinto makes no warranty that outputs are suitable for any particular purpose. Use of outputs is at your own risk.

Where the Services include paid features or subscriptions, the following applies:

• Fees are charged as agreed at the time of purchase or subscription
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility
• Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Either party may terminate access to the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by applicable law or court order
• Termination is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

All technology, AI models, systems, interfaces, branding, and content comprising the Services are the exclusive property of Labirinto Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely as permitted by these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Labirinto Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on AI outputs or Service interruptions

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
